Support playbook

  • Auth issues: verify `SYSOP_AUTH_*` variables and restart the app.
  • Data source issues: confirm env wiring for Supabase/API targets before retrying actions.
  • AI grant search fallback: set `GEMINI_API_KEY` to enable live research mode.
  • Evidence requests: use Activity export for operation logs and local module state snapshots.
